-
Compact Black Steel Tin: The tin is sleek, durable, and designed to fit perfectly in your Bare Sling Pack. It’s ideal for when you’re on the move and need quick access to your flies. The dimensions are 3.75 x 2.75 x 0.75, providing a lightweight, convenient package without taking up too much space.

The Flies:
This collection includes a variety of patterns that are proven to attract trout in different conditions. Here’s a closer look at some of the essential flies in the tin:
-
J's Unsinkable Humpy: A must-have for dry fly enthusiasts, designed to float high and stay visible even in rough conditions.
-
Panty Dropper Hopper: A fantastic pattern for those summer days when trout are targeting grasshoppers on the surface.
-
The Crackleback — a St. Louis Classic (x2)- Developed by Ed Story in the mid-1950s, the Crackleback was an instant success and is now fished worldwide. To fish it, dress the hackles with floatant and cast it to dead-drift as a floating terrestrial in the surface film. If there’s no hit near the end of the drift, jerk the fly beneath the surface and skip it across the stream with the rod tip, or strip it back with your line-control hand as a moving sub-surface emerger. To fish it deeper, use a full sinking line or sinking leader system with a split shot about 15 inches above the fly. Skip or strip the fly just off the stream or lake bottom to target fish at deeper depths.
-
Pat’s Rubber Legs: A go-to for many anglers, this fly mimics stoneflies and works wonders in fast-moving water. An Ozark favorite!
-
Bead Head Woolly Bugger: Strip or fish under an indicator, the Woolly Bugger can be used to target trout in a variety of depths.
-
Tungsten Zebra Midge (x2): This pattern excels in both stillwater and stream fishing, sinking quickly to reach fish in deeper pools.
-
Copper John: Perfect for nymphing, the Copper John is a highly effective pattern that works year-round.
- Scud: A great choice for imitating freshwater shrimp and other small invertebrates, attracting trout during various seasons.
